Tulsan trio Hanson comprises of three brothers, Isaac, Taylor and Zachary Hanson.
Emerging in mid '97 with their fresh flavoured slice of pop, the first single MMMBop debuted at number one on the Australian charts and on charts all around the world. Their debut album Middle Of Nowhere saw similar success and also shot to number one. This 1997 release spawned their hits MMMBop, Where's The Love, the sweet I Will Come To You, Weird and Thinking Of You. December 1997 saw the release of their special Christmas album Snowed In. The boys shared their Christmas spirit around the world by mixing traditional holiday classics (White Christmas, Silent Night, O Holy Night), modern jingles (Christmas (Baby Please Come Home), Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree, Run Rudolph Run) as well as their own composed carols (At Christmas, Everybody Knows The Claus).

Hanson in Brisbane!

On the 25th March 2000, Hanson performed at the River Stage of the Royal Botanic Gardens in Brisbane for over 5,000 screaming fans. Sporting their new look and music, the boys belted out 8 songs in the one hour time slot. They performed not only new tunes from their upcoming album like If Only, This Time Around, and Runaway Run, but golden oldie Gimme Some Lovin' , and big crowd favourite MMMBop. Hanson were supported by New Zealand?s female duo, Deep Obsession (One and Only) and hot property, 2Day FM radio broadcaster 'Ugly' Phil O'Neil made a guest appearance introducing the guys. Tickets were only two dollars and all proceeds went to the Smith Family.
